Shingle and Accessory Warranty
GAF’s Shingle and Accessory Limited Warranty provides homeowners with 100% coverage for material defects on roofing shingles for 10 years and also includes the cost of installation labor. Like all GAF warranties, this classic warranty also features Good Housekeeping Protection.
System Plus Limited Warranty
The System Plus Warranty upgrades the previous warranty to provide 100% coverage on material defects for up to 50 years. It also includes workmanship coverage of up to two years. The warranty covers the roof tear-off costs for manufacturing defects and also covers defects caused by misapplications of certain flashings. Only a GAF certified or GAF Master Elite roofer like us can offer this warranty.
Silver Pledge™ Limited Warranty
This warranty upgrades the workmanship coverage by up to 10 years. It still provides 100% coverage on material defects. It also covers roof tear-off costs for both manufacturing defects or misapplication errors as well as coverage for disposal costs.
Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty
This is GAF’s best warranty so it can only be offered by a GAF Master Elite contractor like us. It still provides 100% coverage on material defects for up to 50 years but it also upgrades the workmanship coverage to last for 25 to 30 years. It has all the features of all the previous warranties.
